Lenovo Services 2-year Premium Care Plus service extension

Carefree use and peace of mind - with Lenovo's service extensions you protect your valuable device from unexpected additional costs. At the same time, you get an improved service level and response time in problem situations. Lenovo Premium Care Plus extends Premium Care support to cover, for example, physical damage to the device caused by an accident and a one-time battery replacement after the first year.

Service descriptions:

• 2 years - The maintenance extension is valid for two years from the date of purchase of the device
• Premium Care - An extended service and support package brings peace of mind. You get help and guidance both for getting started and for use. You can reach support either by phone, chat or email. Possible malfunctions are handled with a quick response time and, if necessary, on the spot.
• Accidental Damage Protection** - Covers damages such as drops, spills, bumps, electric spikes, screen damage without repair fees
• Improved PC performance and security - Lenovo Smart Performance software helps you troubleshoot and resolve performance and security issues, improve PC performance, and fight malware
• Extended battery protection** - The basic battery warranty is one year. Extended battery protection offers a one-time replacement if the battery fails after the first year or its performance falls below standards.
• Data migration - Lenovo Migration Assistant is an easy-to-use, fast and seamless tool that transfers important data and settings to a new computer - via your Internet connection

Compatibility:

• Models with a standard 2-year Premium Care warranty (see list below)
• Check compatibility primarily with the Lenovo Smart Find system at
• Incompatible maintenance extensions will be refunded
• The service extension must be registered during the device's factory warranty

Maintenance extensions are registered in the system approx. one week after purchase.

The serial number of the target device is required for registration.

*The following are not covered by Lenovo Accidental Damage Protection: cosmetic damage (scratches, dents or cracks that do not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the product); loss or damage of equipment outside of normal operating conditions; loss of data or business interruption; intentional damage and abuse; removing or changing parts/accessories; theft; fire damage; damage to peripherals or third party products

**Internal battery warranty and ADP coverage are available in the country where the warranty was purchased. It is not transferable, even if the system is exported to another country.
