Subiekt 123 is a friendly and easy to use invoicing system. It also offers the possibility to manage customer information and to keep records of services and goods. It is possible to work with the programme from any place - all you need is an Internet access. The application can also be used by Ukrainian and Russian-speaking entrepreneurs and companies that employ workers from the East. Ukrainian and Russian language versions are available under the basic licence and are not charged extra. Sales documents generated by the application are issued in Polish.
Subiekt is the most popular brand of sales software in Poland. Subiekt 123 belongs to the same family. This online application is tailored to the needs of companies looking for a simple and intuitive tool to handle sales, without complex warehouse management.
The basic version of the programme includes basic functions such as invoicing and receipt issuance, management of customers and services and goods. An interesting feature of the application is the possibility of independent selection of necessary additional modules.
Subiekt 123 was integrated with accounting software InsERT nexo, thanks to which issued documents can be immediately sent to an accounting office. Those of them that buy a special Subiekt 123 licence dedicated to accounting offices will be able to make the application available free of charge to all their clients whom they serve using Rachmistrz nexo or Rewizor nexo.

Issuing an invoice or a receipt only takes a few dozen seconds. You use ready-made customer data and a list of products entered earlier in the application. You choose the form and date of payment. Alternatively, select reverse charge. You can easily generate PDF files for the issued documents and send them directly to your customers. You can also correct them if necessary.
Do you regularly issue the same invoices? You can define recurring invoicing for them. This way, the documents will be issued automatically and you won't have to remember them! Then, also automatically, Subiekt 123 will send such invoices to the recipient, and a copy to you.
Issue documents in foreign currency. Subiekt 123 provides support for intra-Community supply of goods (ICT) and export of goods transactions. The programme will download the current currency rate on its own. You can also print bilingual invoices: Polish-English and Polish-German.
The application will store for you data on the services you provide and the goods you have at your disposal. Just enter the name, price and you're done! You can manage your products by assigning them to individually created groups.
Information about your customers is always close at hand. You can easily add, edit and delete them. For your convenience, you can quickly download customer data from the CSO database so you can quickly find data of companies with which you cooperate.
Contact details, bank account number, payment term, amount of granted discounts, customer description are only some of the information that Subiekt 123 will provide you with in your everyday work.
Control your business. The application allows to generate statements such as balance sheet, sales in the period, sales by customers, sales by products and outstanding payments. Schedules can be exported to CSV and PDF files.
The application is prepared and ready to support JPK. It allows to generate JPK_VAT files (unified control file for records of sales and purchases of VAT) and JPK_FA files (unified control file for VAT invoices).

Companies selling to TSUs can easily set up different buyers and receivers on the issued document.
When you represent a local authority, you can set the parent local authority as the seller on invoices, and your company will appear as the issuer.
You can freely manage your home screen. We've built the programme so that you can add, move or remove the blocks you need. It's up to you whether you want to see reminders for upcoming payments, a shortcut to issuing a receipt or an invoice for a particular customer.
You don't have to remember when you have to pay your dues or when your customer has to pay their invoice. It is enough if at the beginning of work with the programme you properly define the parameters of your business activity (e.g. how you settle taxes) or the due dates of your and your clients' obligations. The application will display the right information at the right time.
