UNI-T UT681C cable tester is a handy and reliable tool for checking the condition of Ethernet, telephone and BNC cables. Indispensable in the work of installers, technicians and service technicians, it allows you to instantly detect breaks, short circuits, misconnections or cable crossings. Thanks to its compact design, clear LED indicators and 9V battery power, the UT681C is suitable for both quick tests in the field and thorough network inspections in the office or server room.
Multifunctionality that saves time
The UT681C supports cables terminated with RJ45, RJ11 and BNC connectors (via the RJ45-BNC adapter included in the kit). It allows quick signal continuity checks and diagnosis of short circuits, open circuits and misconnections - including crossed pairs. The built-in LED array (LED1~LED8 and LED_G) allows you to easily assess the condition of individual conductors in the cable, in both fast and slow test modes.
Simple operation, maximum mobility
The device is operated with a single button, eliminating the need for complicated configuration. An automatic shut-off function after 10 minutes of inactivity saves the battery, and a low charge indicator warns when the power supply needs to be replaced. The tester is lightweight, handy and ready to use as soon as the battery is inserted.
