Bondtech LGX ACE Mosquito extruder

LGX ACE Mosquito is a special short plastic filament printing extruder developed jointly by Bondtech and Slice Engineering, and includes the LGX eXtruder.
It features Slice's Mosquito bimetal heat break technology and a hot copper block, ensuring better thermal properties.
This LGX-based print head will print all commonly used materials exceptionally well, especially soft and flexible ones.
After extensive testing over several months before the launch of the LGX CHT nozzles, Bondtech found that shortening the heated filament path increases volumetric flow. Similar to the LGX Shortcut Mosquito, the LGX ACE Mosquito provides the same increase compared to the entire Mosquito hotend.
The LGX ACE Mosquito print head includes a monolithic air-cooled cold block and radiator, designed and manufactured by Bondtech, which connects to the LGX extruder using an interface plug and is located at the front of the extruder. The radiator features a hole pattern for mounting 40 × 40 fans.
Tests show that a 4010 fan is sufficient to cool the cold block and radiator's cold zone due to the monolithic cold block and heat sink design, which enhances heat transfer and dissipation.
