FULLY AUTOMATIC SYSTEM

This is a fully automatic turntable, which means that practically all operations are limited to placing the vinyl record on the platter and activating the start button. The device then activates the mechanism that moves the tonearm from the rest position to the point where playback begins. The turntable supports both long-playing 12" diameter and 7" records, known as singles. Before starting playback, switch the record size switch on the main turntable panel to the appropriate position. After playback is finished, the turntable's tonearm will automatically lift and return to the rest position, unless the repeat playback function is activated using the REPEAT button on the control panel – in which case the tonearm will return to the starting position and begin playing the record again.

BELT DRIVE

The VT100 has a belt drive – a classic and proven method of transferring torque from a low-speed motor to the turntable platter. The undeniable advantages of this solution are quiet operation and relatively low operating costs – the belt itself is replaced every few years or when a noticeable change in speed occurs.

TWO PLAYBACK SPEEDS

This model supports two playback speeds – 33 1/3 and 45 RPM. The speed is changed using a special switch on the control panel. The speed should be adjusted according to the pressing speed of the vinyl record – this information can usually be found on the record label or in the insert attached to the album. If such information is not available, we will quickly hear whether the selected playback speed is correct – in which case it should be adjusted.

TONEARM POSITION CONTROL

The VT100 also features a rare tonearm position control function. Using the corresponding control panel switch, we can move the tonearm back and forth to select the appropriate track on the disc or return to a specific part of the song being played.

MMC CARTRIDGE

The turntable comes with a well-known manufacturer Audio-Technica cartridge AT3600L. This is a cartridge with a moving magnet and a spherical cut diamond needle, ensuring detailed and warm sound. For optimal playback quality, the needle pressure has been set to the optimal level for this design – 3.5 g.

BUILT-IN STEREO SPEAKER WITH PASSIVE RADIATOR

The VT100 has a built-in stereo speaker with a passive radiator to enhance low-end acoustic performance. The speaker is powered by an integrated amplifier with a rated output power of 2 x 5 watts RMS. This allows the turntable to provide optimal sound in an intimate space.

ANTI-RESONANT DESIGN

The integrated speaker features an anti-resonant construction that suppresses vibrations and eliminates their impact on cartridge performance. The entire turntable housing also has sufficiently flexible rubber feet that reduce the possibility of low-frequency feedback.

TWO-WAY BLUETOOTH MODULE (IN-OUT)

The player has a two-way Bluetooth module that allows playing music files, for example, from a smartphone using the built-in stereo speaker. However, the main functionality of this module is the ability to connect external active speakers or amplifiers, as well as Bluetooth headphones and use them to play the vinyl record signal.

AUDIO SIGNAL OUTPUTS

There is also a classic headphone output in the form of a mini jack, as well as RCA line output located on the back panel. With these outputs, using the appropriate cables, the turntable can be connected to a microphone or more advanced audio systems.

HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS

The turntable is made from a combination of high-quality materials – plastic forming the front panel, metal grilles covering the speaker, and MDF from which the housing is made. The entire finish is in European oak color veneer.
