The resin is stable under various climatic conditions, and it is also easy to store, eliminating the drawbacks of other resins, softening easily and causing environmental corrosion.

Professional LCD casting resin

The optimization of the LCD weak light source formation and printing efficiency is higher than that of market-compatible DLP / LCD / SLA resins. The resin is designed only for resin LCD models and is not recommended for DLP or SLA machines. This resin ensures the strength of the formed parts and minimal shrinkage, but it also improves printing speed, shortens curing time, and maximizes the printing efficiency of LCD machines.

Strong adhesion and easy to remove

Not only does it have a high printing success rate and accuracy, but it also reduces the resin release force and adhesion, making it easy to detach the model attached to the forming platform, and due to its low viscosity, it is easier to clean the machine and the model.

Storage method:

• Store away from light at room temperature (sunlight has a lot of UV rays, which will harden the light-sensitive resin. After testing, the light does not damage it unless it is UV light).
• It is recommended to save at an ambient temperature of 15 ℃ -35 ℃; the lower the temperature, the higher the resin viscosity. A sealed storage location, too much dust or moisture can affect printing quality. Sunshine has a lot of UV light, which will harden the light-sensitive resin.

Usage method:

1. Shake well before use, prohibiting the use of resin in areas with a lot of sunlight.
2. Wear gloves before using to avoid direct contact with skin, and ventilate the room.
3. In case of accidental contact, rinse with plenty of water as soon as possible. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention in a timely manner.
4. Use high-concentration alcohol on printed models to clean for about 30S (recommended concentration of 95% or more, the higher, the better).
5. Do not pour unused resin into the resin container, do not leave resin unused for a long time to prevent resin contamination from affecting the printing effect (long-term unused resin can be poured into a sealed container or tightly closed with plastic wrap for protection).
6. The resin shelf life is up to 18 months.
