E3D Volcano HotEnd - 1.75mm - 12V - Bowden

The Volcano HotEnd is a solution for slow printing. The Volcano has 3x the volume flow of the standard V6, allowing you to print larger and more robust parts faster. If you have a printer with a large build volume, then the Volcano HotEnd is a must-have.
The Volcano HotEnd maintains maximum compatibility with the E3D ecosystem. You can choose from a variety of enhancements, including temperature sensors and heater cartridges, as well as different tip materials and sizes for any use case you need.
Due to its larger melting zone, the Volcano HotEnd allows users to print thicker and wider tracks, significantly reducing print times.
Additionally, with reduced print times, thick tracks printed with Volcano have better interlayer adhesion and better adhesion to each other. The printed parts are extremely strong, less brittle than standard prints.
As print volumes increase and interest in larger 3D printed products such as furniture and automotive parts increases, there is a demand for shorter overall print times. The Volcano heater block was designed to print large parts more efficiently by allowing the use of larger nozzle sizes and higher volumetric flows.
