The Timemore Mini's dimensions (100 mm x 114 mm x 15.8 mm; platform dimensions: 100 mm x 114 mm) make it suitable for any brewing method. It fits on the drip trays of espresso machines and accommodates a variety of accessories for alternative brewing methods, such as Chemex, drip pitcher or AeroPress. The device weighs only 192 grams, making it easy to carry around too.

The display shows the time and weight. The Timemore Mini also allows you to directly display the flow rate of the water being poured. The value can be displayed alternately with the cooking time. The accuracy of 0.1 grams ensures accuracy, and the measuring range up to 2 kilograms allows for a wide range of applications.

Timemore Mini has three operating modes:

- Manual – the user starts the stopwatch and tare manually.
- Pour-over – a mode for pouring brewing methods. Pressing the button activates a countdown to the tare, and when the water begins to pour, a stopwatch starts.
- Espresso – automatic tare occurs when the cup is placed on the scale. The stopwatch starts when the coffee is poured into the cup.

Timemore Mini is equipped with a 760 mAh battery, which is enough for about 20 hours of operation. The advantage is that the device can be charged via a USB port (the scales have a USB-C port) - this eliminates the problem of discharged batteries. The battery indicator on the screen shows the charge level. The device automatically turns off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
