Creality CFS system

The Creality Filament System (CFS) is an advanced filament management and storage solution for 3D printing, ideal for complex and multi-color projects. It supports several features that optimize printing and ensure filament quality even during long-term storage.

Main functions:

16-color support for creative diversity:

• The CFS can handle up to four filaments at a time, enabling multi-color and multi-material 3D printing. It automatically switches spools, saving time and materials.

Fragile excipients:

• The easily removable support material feature allows for clean post-processing. Optionally, water-soluble support materials can be used to ensure that the final result is free of support marks.

Automatic filament detection and replacement:

• Using an RFID tag reader, the system automatically detects the type, color and settings of the heated plastic loaded. It can also seamlessly switch to a new spool when it is almost empty, improving efficiency and material flow.

Monitoring plastic conditions:

• The system has sensors that monitor the status of the heating plastic and send an immediate alert if there are problems, such as tangling or running out. The system also displays temperature and humidity in real time to ensure that the heating plastic is not affected by moisture.

Moisture-proof storage:

• The hermetic design with desiccants prevents moisture from affecting the heated plastic. This is especially important for materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA and PA-CF, which are sensitive to moisture.

Technical specifications and compatibility:

• Supported: PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, PET, PA-CF, PLA-CF with a filament diameter of 1.75 ± 0.05 mm.
• Not compatible with flexible filaments such as TPU95A or wet BVOH/PVA filaments.
• Holds 1kg coils with a diameter of 197-202mm and a width of 42-68mm.
• Power consumption is 20W at 24V DC.
