Wood's AD20 dehumidifier and air purifier

Wood's AD20G is an air purifier and dehumidifier in one device. The appliance is suitable for drying even a large bathroom, including laundry. At the same time, the device cleans the breathable air, recovering harmful particles - the patented Active Ion Hepa filter has a cleaning result of 99.98%, and an excellent clean air output value of 300m³ / hour (CADR) - making the air clean and easy to breathe. The air purifier consumes a tiny 5.5W-44W / hour of electricity, depending on the settings, and when the humidity in the room rises, the unit automatically removes moisture from the air!

Air cleaner

Active Ion Hepa is a patented technology for a flow-through ionizing filter and has been developed in Sweden. The filter is also manufactured at Wood's factory in Sweden. The technology is based on a less dense filter material, which makes it much easier for air to pass through the filter. This allows for very low energy consumption, as well as much quieter operation. Conventional filters force airflow through the dense filter material and the filter clogs quickly. In addition, airflow enters the gaps between the filter and the device, resulting in less clean air. The clean air output of the AD20G with Active Ion Hepa filter is the highest in the industry: 300m ³ / hour (CADR). The efficiency of the filter is based on the small positive charge given to the particles during ionization, and the adhesion of the particles to the negatively charged surface as they pass through the filter. Our filter is pleated, which means a much larger filtration area compared to a traditional filter. Wood's AD20G Hybrid also has a washable coarse dust filter mesh that removes the largest dust particles from the air entering the unit. The filter does not need to be replaced, however, regular inspection and washing are recommended.

Automatic functions

The device has an automatic defrost function of the cell, which monitors the accumulation of ice in the cell. The compressor of the appliance switches off during defrosting. The condensate overfill protection automatically switches off the appliance when the water level has reached its maximum. The appliance switches on again when the water tank is empty.
