Volume, speed and consistency. The uniform Cross Boss tread pattern ensures uniform, fast acceleration and the side knobs that are widely spaced enable high cornering speeds with the best self-cleaning properties. The large, round volume of the tire can be driven with various air pressures from 3.1 - 4.5 bar. Everything is rounded off by the dual compound rubber mixture that conjures a grin on the driver's face with every new curve. From the single track to the circuit ... the Cross Boss can do it all. The Tan Wall (Skin Wall) carcass also sets visual accents.

TCS Tires:
TCS tires use the advantages of a UST tire and combine them with the low weight of a non-UST tire. A light carcass which is sealed with tire sealant keeps the rotating mass pleasantly low and prevents breakdowns and the UST-compliant bead ensures a secure fit on the rim.

TCS Light Casing:
A supple, tubeless compatible and light carcass which can be driven tubeless with the help of the WTB TCS Fluid tire sealant. Use with a tube is of course also possible

Dual DNA Rubber Compound:
Dual DNA is the perfect blend of efficiency, traction and durability. The center line is a slightly harder rubber compound for fast rolling and high mileage, while a softer compound is used on the sides to ensure the necessary grip in curves.

Note:
WTB has found that tires with tan wall sidewalls are not always ready for tube reading when they are first fitted due to possible production fluctuations. If you have problems getting the tire tight, we recommend using a sealant with larger particles to better seal pores in the sidewall. Suitable sealing milk is available, for example, from Notubes (Race Sealant) Orange Seal or Tire Yogurt.
