• Gen 2 Brew Burrs , designed specifically for Ode by Nick Terzulli, VP of R&D and Certified Q Grader. The Gen 2 Brew Burrs can grind down to 250 microns, while the standard brew burrs that come with the original Ode brew burr can grind down to 500 microns.

• Antistatic technology that helps reduce the static charge of freshly ground coffee. This reduces the retention of coffee grounds in the grinder from ~1g to 0.1g, resulting in much less grinding mess than the original Ode Brew Grinder.

• Larger and newly designed hopper and cup , which holds 100 g of coffee.

Fellow Ode Gen 2 combines great design and functionality:

• The grinding adjustment wheel is located on the front wheel. You can choose from 31 settings depending on the brewing method you are using: AeroPress, Drip, Chemex, French Press or Cold Brew. Ode does not grind espresso.
• Ode includes professional, large, 64mm, flat, stainless steel sanders that ensure smooth sanding in any situation. The second generation grinders offer a new geometry that allows for a finer grind than standard cooking thighs. Greater precision gives you more control and makes it easier to achieve the desired coffee extraction and flavor. Grit size is 250-300 microns and larger compared to 550 microns in standard ODE grits. A finer grind ensures greater extraction and allows for a more balanced, sweeter coffee with a higher volume.
• The PID system guarantees stable and smooth operation.
• Automatic shutdown. After grinding, the motor will automatically turn off. The system detects when the hopper is empty and turns off the grinder.
• The hopper holds up to 100 grams of coffee beans - designed as a single dose hopper. It has also been redesigned and is now steeper to help feed the beans down for faster grinding.
• The thickener container is made of aluminum. The magnet on its bottom makes it easy to place the container on the base of the grinder. The beater, known from professional shredders, helps to get rid of all the dirt - as a result, the maintenance of the grinder is extremely low.
• Quiet grinding noise due to high quality materials to avoid noisy gearbox.
• The body is elegant and robust, made of aluminum and plastic.
• Small dimensions allow the grinder to be placed almost anywhere.
