The LIGHT5 EB2000 electric bike light offers a light output of 2000 lumens. The powerful light takes power directly from the battery of the electric bike. Equipped with three different light outputs, as well as a wide and far illuminating light beam. With different power modes, you can always adjust the light to suit the situation. In addition to the three Basic Powers, there is also an automatically functioning daytime running light that changes the light mode, for example, when moving to a lit street. Similarly, when driving on a dark street, the automatic switches to a more efficient headlight mode. Perfectly suited for fast-paced forest trips, downhills and other fast-paced rides that require high light output. Thanks to the smaller power modes, the lamp also works brilliantly for cycling on the street and, for example, for cycling to school and commuting.

The bracket supplied with the package holds the lamp in the middle of the rod, so that the light beam can be directed straight ahead. Includes mounts for both 32 mm and 35 mm bars. There is a quick connector at the end of the power cord coming from the frame, which connects to the model-specific power cord (sold separately). In this way, the same light is suitable for use on several different bikes and, for example, during storage, the light can be removed from the bike without fumbling with the power cord. Protected by a durable aluminum frame, the lamp is equipped with an impact-resistant polycarbonate lens that provides safety even in harsh conditions. IPX6 protection ensures that the lamp is also resistant to moisture.

Thanks to the 6-12 V operating voltage, the light is suitable for all common electric bicycle models. Model-specific connection cables are available for Bosch, Shimano, Brose and Yamaha motors. We recommend that the light be installed on the bike by a professional. The installation of the lamp can affect the validity of the electric bike's warranty. In some bike models, the power plug for the engine light must be activated separately.

The easy-to-use lamp automatically switches to daylight mode when the bike is powered on. The switch button turns the lamp off and on by pressing the power button once. The lamp turns off automatically if the bike is stationary for two minutes. Different light intensities are phased by pressing the power switch to the bottom, which allows you to choose the appropriate light output. You can activate the flashing mode by double-clicking the switch. You can return to normal light output by double-clicking the switch.

Note: The LIGHT5 EB2000 e-bike light is not currently compatible with Bosch Gen 4 motors. The Gen 4 motor is not capable of producing the amount of current required by the EB2000 light, which causes the light to turn off and the electric bike's system to report a fault condition. Also available is the LIGHT5 EB1000 electric bike light with a slightly lower light output, which works flawlessly in the Bosch Gen 4 motor.
