Washing and curing in one

The ELEGOO Mercury XS offers two modules: a washing station and a curing station, which allow for comprehensive finishing of 3D models. The washing module effectively removes resin residue, leaving the model clean and ready for curing. The curing module uses UV light to finally fix and strengthen the structure of the print. With this kit, the entire post-production process will become simpler and faster, without the need to purchase two separate devices.

It even heals

The curing station features adjustable L-shaped lights and a 360° rotating platform that provides full UV protection on each side of the model. In addition, 4 LEDs located under the platform and a Fresnel lens emit light at a fixed wavelength of 405 nm, ensuring uniform curing of even the most complex models.

Precision in hard-to-reach places

The kit also includes a handy UV lamp for treating the interior and corners of the model, which is especially useful for prints with complex shapes. The lamp is also perfect for models that require curing after assembly.

Effective cleaning of large models

The ELEGOO Mercury XS offers up to 7000ml of capacity in a sealed wash tank, making it easy to clean both large models and smaller printed parts at the same time. Such a large workspace saves time and also increases the efficiency of the cleaning process, which is especially important when working on larger projects. The Saturn 4 and Jupiter series require the mounting platform to be removed before cleaning. For other models, refer to the maximum cleaning height and determine if the platform needs to be removed.

UV protection and automatic shutdown

The transparent cover of the curing station blocks up to 99.9% of UV rays, which not only speeds up the curing process, but also protects the user's vision. In addition, the safety system automatically turns off the UV light when the cap is removed, reducing the risk of UV exposure.

Easy to control - everything is under control

An intuitive interface with a simple dial and button makes it easy to control both the wash and hard functions. The working time can be adjusted up to 30 minutes to suit the needs of the specific model. Just press and hold the wheel for 3 seconds to launch the device and quickly resume processing.
