Unique blade

The Amici knife is forged from a single piece of WÜSTHOF steel at the factory in Solingen, Germany. The special stainless steel, precisely formed in the WÜSTHOF forge, is extremely hard, durable and rust-resistant. Each knife is hand-crafted by experienced knife makers to make them perfect for everyday use.

Calabrian olive wood

Each Amici knife is original due to the distinctive grain of the olive wood handles. The Calabrian olive tree grows slowly, with extremely durable wood that naturally repels water and is antibacterial. WÜSTHOF's sustainably sourced wood comes mainly from olive trees that bear little or no fruit due to their old age.

A set

Special knives inspired by the sunny hills of Calabria deserve an eye-catching knife block. The round, leather-covered Amici Villa Knife Block can safely and stylishly hold up to six knives (maximum blade length 22 cm). The Italian leather side stitching subtly accentuates the beauty of the Amici range's signature olive wood handles, while the premium beech wood acts as a stable, non-slip base to expertly hold the knives.
