X50CrMoV15 steel blade
While the handle is quite eye-catching, that doesn't mean little attention has been paid to the blade. As in other Wüsthof collections, the blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, which has been PEtec-sharpened and hand-polished. This type of steel is also easy to sharpen.
