The small gap between the display and the protective glass results in electronic ink appearing right under the pen, reducing parallax. USB Disk Lock enables the locking and unlocking of the monitor via a physical USB key containing the correct file. The monitor locking app allows you to secure the device similar to a cellphone with a code, protecting the unit and its data from unauthorized access.

Avtek TouchScreen monitors come with interactive Note software for Windows, useful for managing both educational lessons and business presentations. Note is compatible with the same file format as the Android whiteboard app, allowing you to start a document on the monitor and finish it on Windows Note.

Besides Note software, two additional applications, Connect and Capture, are included. Connect facilitates communication between mobile devices and PCs, enabling bidirectional image transfer and presentation control, allowing for easy monitor operation from a computer. Capture is a valuable tool for recording and editing presentations and lectures, allowing simultaneous recording of your Windows desktop and a connected camera. Capture also provides quick material editing, with options to save as a single video file, upload to the cloud, or publish on platforms like YouTube.
