Colmi R10 is a smart ring that combines activity and health monitoring features with a minimalist design. Equipped with an array of sensors, it allows you to track key body parameters around the clock. With the included app, you can access real-time data and clear statistics - without having to wear a watch or wristband.

Around-the-clock health monitoring

Colmi R10 continuously analyzes your heart rate, blood oxygen levels (SpO₂), stress levels and body temperature. This gives you better insight into your condition - both during activity and at rest. The device works independently, but when connected to the QRing app via Bluetooth, it syncs and updates the data automatically.

Sleep and recovery analysis

The device accurately records the length and quality of your sleep, distinguishing between its phases: deep sleep, light sleep and wake-up time. In the app, you'll find detailed reports to help you identify habits that affect sleep and improve its quality.

Activity and exercise tracking

Colmi R10 records the number of steps, distance traveled and calories burned. It also supports different workout modes, so you can match the measurement to the type of activity. All data is presented in the form of daily, weekly and monthly statistics.

Thanks to its lightweight design, the smartwatch is virtually imperceptible on your finger. It is made of durable materials, and the brushed finish gives it an elegant look. The case meets the 5ATM water resistance standard, which means you can freely wash your hands, shower and even swim in it.
