Agile and precise print head
The K1 Max combines agility and precision, and its lightweight 190g printhead ensures less movement inertia. This innovative design allows for faster and more accurate printing, eliminates vibration and improves overall print quality. In addition, an improved Z-axis with precise positioning reduces Z-banding effects, ensuring smooth and uniform layers.
Advanced tracking and LiDAR
The K1 Max transforms the printing process by using LiDAR with 1 nanometer resolution to scan the first layer and AI cameras to monitor the entire process. The device immediately alerts you to errors such as spaghetti failures or the presence of foreign objects, allowing for quick intervention. Spaghetti failure is a printing error that results from the loss of adhesion of the printed object to the substrate, resulting in a tangle of threads resembling spaghetti. The device will alert you when such an error occurs. The system allows you to monitor the printing progress in real time and create time-lapse videos.
Innovative heating and cooling technologies
The new K1 Max ceramic heater heats the thread up to 200°C in just 40 seconds, and the additional 18W fan effectively improves cooling. Dual cooling technology allows complex bridges and overhangs to be created without supports, allowing models to harden before any distortion occurs.
Smart operating system
K1 Max uses Creality's intelligent operating system, which provides a simple user interface and data synchronization with various devices and the cloud. With a dual-core 1.2GHz processor and 8GB ROM, the device supports fast printing and can store up to 400 patterns, facilitating efficient data storage and retrieval.
