Industrial level stability

A sturdy frame with thick metal plates and four vertical aluminum profiles ensures top-level structural stability. All X, Y, and Z axes are reinforced with stainless steel linear rails with a hardness of 60 HRC.

The printer handles the inertial loads of the print head movement excellently and maintains stability even under intensive operation.

Precisely constructed to reduce mechanical deviations

The integrated XY axis beam is machined with CNC machines with 0.01 mm precision, ensuring that all parts connect extremely accurately and without gaps.

Powerful high-torque motors and durable belts further reduce mechanical inaccuracies and ensure greater printing precision.

Reliable material feeding even at 300 °C temperature

The "Sprite" dual gear direct drive device ensures strong material feeding and retraction force.

The internally polished copper alloy nozzle and dual metal heat insulator allow smooth operation at high, long-term temperatures, reducing heat penetration into other systems.

Additional cooling is provided by two large 5015 fans.

Large, yet extremely precise

The Sermoon D3 features a spacious 300 × 250 × 300 mm printing volume, allowing for the creation of larger models without joints. Despite its size, this stable and precise device ensures exceptionally detailed prints with a precision of up to 0.1 mm, with layer texture almost unnoticeable.

Up to 5 times higher printing speed

An advanced stepper motor control chip allows for 1/256 micro-stepping precision, resulting in extremely smooth printing even at several times higher speeds.

This significantly increases production efficiency over the same time period.

Smart printing with remote control

Remote printing: By connecting to a local network or the internet via Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet connection, the printer can be controlled remotely from a computer or phone using Creality Print software or the Creality Cloud mobile app.

Remote monitoring: An integrated camera allows real-time monitoring of the printing process via the Creality Cloud platform. Time-lapse videos can also be recorded.

Even greater performance with multi-printer management

By connecting multiple Sermoon D3 printers to a local network or the internet, all devices can be controlled with one command through the Creality Print app. This allows:

• Printing multiple copies simultaneously – ideal for mass production
• Splitting a large model into parts and distributing printing across multiple devices, thus shortening overall working time
• Such a solution is especially suitable for manufacturing workshops and professional users for whom efficiency is important.

Smooth and simplified workflow

From one-click model preparation, automatic bed leveling, model preview to remote control – the entire printing process is optimized to work faster, simpler, and more efficiently.

Fewer cracks due to constant heat

The heated print bed up to 110 °C works perfectly with the heat-retaining enclosed casing.

Such an environment ensures a uniform, warm printing area protected from external air flows, significantly reducing the risk of warping and cracking of the part edges.

Thoughtful safety features

Two integrated HEPA air filters clean the air from PM0.3 particles and harmful compounds generated during printing with ABS and other materials.

If the doors are opened during printing, the device automatically stops working, activates an alarm, and cools down quickly, thus protecting the user from burns or pinching.
