Laser-induced fires pose a concern for the entire industry. The xTool Fire Safety Set is the safest way to detect and extinguish a fire. Using 5 fire detection sensors and integrated light, temperature, and position algorithms inside the laser, the xTool Fire Safety Set is sensitive to any potential fire hazard.

Automatic flame detection

Using 5 fire detection sensors and integrated light, temperature, and position algorithms inside the laser, the xTool Fire Safety Set is sensitive to any potential fire hazard.

Automatic alarm activation

Immediately after fire detection, the xTool Fire Safety Set will automatically activate the alarm, warning users of the fire with continuous beeping sounds. You can stop the alarm by pressing the button if you wish to handle the fire yourself.

Automatic power supply shutdown

To prevent further spread of the fire and protect the laser device from the fire, the smart xTool Fire Safety Set switch will automatically turn off the operating laser a few seconds after the alarm sounds.

Automatic fire extinguishing

After a few seconds of the alarm, the xTool Fire Safety Set will automatically release CO2 gas into the enclosed laser and extinguish the fire with non-toxic and odorless vapors, protecting the laser device from further damage and leaving a clean laser workspace.

Open device with cover

Use the cover to keep the workspace enclosed. If the enclosed space is less than 0.13m3, the xTool Fire Safety Set can effectively extinguish the fire.

Closed device

A closed device with a working space of up to 0.13 m3 can operate with the xTool Fire Safety Set. (Note that to make it work, an air tube needs to be inserted into the enclosed space.)
