The Tristar contact grill is equipped with a floating lid with which you can grill all different types of ingredients. Thicker products will not be flattened and every product will be evenly cooked. You can open the lid of the grill 180⁰, which allows you to use the contact grill as table grill as well. With a baking surface of 29.7 x 23.5 centimetres, you will have a lot of grilling space.
Healthy result
The Tristar contact grill is equipped with a fat drip system for the fat that is released while grilling. This way, the fat will end up in the grease tray, making your meal less fatty and more healthy.
