Delivery options in the Frog.ee online store:

You can choose from the following delivery methods in our store.

Shipping fees are added to the order and calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on the weight or size of the products. The final shipping cost will be shown before payment.
Please note that the delivery times shown in the shopping cart are approximate. The courier will always contact you beforehand to confirm the exact delivery time.

Pickup from Frog.ee locations – Self-collection

Collect your order from our Frog.ee branch or warehouse.

Omniva pickup

FROG Specialized Delivery – Heavy or oversized items

FROG Cargo  - Delivery of large appliances to homes in: Tallinn, Pärnu, Tartu, Jõhvi, Riga, Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus

FROG Cargo (S)  -  Delivery to home + removal of old appliance (Tallinn area)
The service includes delivery of the new item to the client’s room (e.g., living room or hallway) and removal of the old appliance being replaced (e.g., old washing machine). The old appliance must be turned off, cleaned, placed in the first room of the apartment or house, and be safe to move.


FROG Cargo (M)  - Delivery and installation (except built-in appliances, Tallinn area)
In addition to delivery, this service includes installation of the new appliance (excluding built-in appliances).
The client must ensure that the electrical and water systems allow safe connection.
Examples: installing a TV on its stand, connecting a washing machine to power and water, connecting a fridge or stove to electricity.
The service does not include built-in appliance installation, mounting a TV on the wall, reversing a fridge door, assembling furniture, or additional work by an electrician, plumber, or gas technician.

FROG Cargo (L)  - Delivery, installation (except built-in appliances), and removal of old appliance (Tallinn area)
The service includes installation of the new item and removal of the old appliance (excluding built-in appliances).
If removal is done along with installation, the service provider will take the old appliance away. The appliance must be turned off, safe to move, and placed in the first room of the apartment or house.
Removal applies only to the replaced appliance.

International shipping within the EU
International shipping within the European Union is arranged individually.

Products are delivered by the courier together with a delivery note.

Before signing the delivery note, please check the condition of the package.
If you notice any damage to the packaging, do not accept the package – return it to the courier and indicate that it is damaged.

If you have already signed the delivery note but are unsure about the condition of the goods, you may open the package in the presence of the courier to check that everything is intact.
If you find any defects, inform the courier immediately – they will record the issue with a scanner and take a photo.

Contact us as soon as possible, as claims for courier services must be made within one day.
