Pull handle HMS UW17

The UW17 HMS is a bracket designed for upper and lower pulley training. It is mainly used to exercise the latissimus dorsi and, if properly placed, also to exercise the abdominal muscles. Internal handles allow you to train biceps and triceps.

The shape of the handle allows for a greater range of motion than a straight or narrow handle. This enables stronger muscle tension, which results in a more effective workout. Its structure guarantees the perfect position of the hands and makes them move correctly. The wide grip gap allows you to perform the exercise at a different angle than with a narrow grip. This provides an opportunity for effective training and comprehensive development of the muscle group. Made of steel, allows you to train with a heavy load.

The outer grips are positioned in the neutral grip. As a result, it engages alternative muscle attachments during the exercise compared to straight grip exercises. The rubberized handles provide a firm and comfortable grip, allowing you to focus on precise exercises.
