The chin guard of the helmet equipped with MIPS technology is removable for lighter runs. The helmet has a fair-sized, adjustable cap and enough ventilation even for hot summer days. The MCR abbreviation comes from the words Magnetic Chinbar Release, which is an easy-to-use and reliable fastening method based on a magnetic buckle with a chin guard. The technology has been developed by MET in cooperation with Fidlock, a specialist in magnetic fastenings.

MIPS is a technology originally developed in Sweden, where a floating additional layer is added inside the helmet. This layer absorbs torsional forces in the event of an accident and reduces the risk of brain injury.
